Thymidine kinase 1 immunohistochemical antibody reagent
Thymidine kinase 1 immunohistochemical antibody reagent

Principle

With the principle of the complementarity of the structure and the affinity of the antibody and antigen, the intracellular antigen of the tissue is determined by the chromogenic reagent of the labeled antibody by the redox reaction, to localize and qualitative the antigen. First, the mouse TK1 monoclonal antibody binds to the TK1 antigen on the cell; the second step is that the enzyme-labeled goat anti-mouse / rabbit IgG polymer recognizes the TK1 antibody that has been attached; Thirdly, the horseradish peroxidase on the polymer can catalyze the decomposition of H2O2 in the DAB chromogenic solution, oxidize the benzidine to biphenylimine, and make the yellowing ur brownish yellow coloring of the antigen at the site of the tissue; Finally, the samples were re-stained and sealed. The presence and location of TK1 on tissue sections were deduced by microscopic.

Features

This antibody is suitable for formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded human tissue sections and qualitative detection of thymidine kinase 1 (TK1) antigens in cells.

Cell staining is localized at cytoplasm, intercellular or small nuclei.

Can be used to auxiliary diagnosis breast cancer, esophageal cancer, stomach cancer, colon cancer, lung cancer (malignant tumor) and other physical proliferation in clinical use.
